This week, we paused to remember a beloved member of the Villa Russo family, Paul Russo, on the eighth anniversary of his passing.
He is remembered through the stories we share, the moments we reflect on, and the family that continues his legacy each day.
His quiet strength that made the mighty Olympic medalists seem inferior, but was gentle and humble at his core. He handled everyone he cross paths with delicate empathetic hands, comparable to a lace maker braiding and twisting the thinest of threads. Every knot he tied left a mark, all the little details within its lace, drew striking attention to his authenticity and character.
Thank you to everyone who has continued to keep his memory alive over the years. 🤍
In remembrance, a Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Church on Saturday, August 1st, at 12:30pm, and all who would like to join us in honoring his memory are warmly welcome to attend. ⚜️
