For my photography friends...

I recently have been volunteering as a Photography Coordinator for the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez campaign. On Election Day I met an incredible woman, Kerri Evelyn Harris, who is running for Senate in Delaware. She doesn't have a photo team like we do and wanted to share here in case anyone knows politically active photographers in DE that might be interested in volunteering! I'm happy to put them in touch and to answer any questions they might have about the work.

I'm so thrilled to have Emily + Sofia's wedding featured on A Practical Wedding! They share a lot of insight into the wedding planning process in this post and it is all useful and grounded. My favorite thing though is at the end Emily shares some of her Dad's thoughts on the day.

Excited to be sharing my 2017 One Free Wedding today!
In an effort to give back to my community and the people who make it a better place, I choose one couple who work professionally to enrich their communities every year and photograph their wedding for free. “One Free Wedding” is all about couples who work to help others.

Stefania works to provide NYC families with free access to cultural institutions as a way to empower diverse communities and Anthony works as a College Bound Initiative Counselor in Harlem. It was such an honor to document the wedding day of these two incredibly badass New Yorkers!
