Getting the venue spruced up for the upcoming busy season!! A few more weeks and we will add some new landscaping including a wild flower and sunflower garden!
All this warm weather has us planning for an eventful spring! Who is ready for some spring cleaning? 🌞
We will be hosting a community yard sale March 26th, 7am to 12pm. Rain or Shine.
Spots will be $25.00 under the pavilion with 8ft table included (Limited).
Outside spots $15.00 per 10x10 spot. Bring your own table/tent.
Due to limitations in parking no trailers can be left on site once open.

We just wanted to give a special shout-out to the South Iredell Fire-Rescue. There were two big things that kept the kids so excited, the guy in the big red suit and the FIRE TRUCKS!!! Santa even got a few request for fire trucks in his letters! Thank you to all the men and women that help keep our community safe!
We can not say THANK YOU enough to the amazing group of volunteers that made this years Christmas at Coddle Creek a success! It takes a village and these people all have such a special place in our hearts! Merry Christmas to everyone!
