Thankful for all the men and women who fought and gave their lives so that I, and so many others, can live our dreams, love who we choose, and enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted.

For one of our dinners, one family went out and caught some beautiful redfish and speckled trout. We served up the redfish for dinner along with a light crab and shrimp sauce, roasted asparagus, garlic-herb grits, and a strawberry-spinach & goat cheese salad w/ a mango poppyseed vinaigrette. More to come over the next few days!
