Calling all the Murphy Panthers alumni and fans to come out and support your team this Thursday night as they take on Blount High School in a 5A region 1 showdown.

Again the game has been moved to Thursday September 3, 2026.

High school football begins this weekend! If you plan to go to the games, please remember the MCPSS game day security protocols for attending football games and other sporting events:
1. No person will be allowed entry into an MCPSS stadium without proceeding through metal detectors.
2. No passes out. Absolutely no re-entry for any reason.
3. Clear bags only. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
4. No weapons or dangerous instruments of any kind allowed (guns, knives, pepper spray, etc.)
5. No outside food or drinks.
6. No to***co products, vapes or e-cigarettes.
7. No spectator will be allowed to change sides of the stadium (from home to visitor side or vice versa) for any reason.
8. MCPSS reserves the right to deny entry and/or remove anyone.
9. No loitering in parking lots or areas inside the stadium will be allowed.
