All of our dessert catering is done in house by our very own sous chef Tiera Deja, who has a knack for not only producing beautiful looking desserts, they are delicious as well and crowd pleasers at every event.

A beautifully plated tenderloin with roasted garlic potatoes, asparagus, and halibut with a lemon dill cream for 195 guests at this Val Vista Lakes wedding in Gilbert, Arizona. As per usual, my team does a great job working with each other to assure each dish is portioned and plated perfectly for each guest before covering the plates with a cloche, and into our electric hot box so that we keep ourselves ahead of the servers while still retaining the heat for each dish.

Weddings have been our bread-and-butter for over 16 years now Catering in the Gilbert area of Phoenix. As the executive chef, one of my favorite parts of a wedding is plating and serving the bridegroom myself before the rest of the wedding party.
