What’s on my mind? Autumn chili season, baby.
Smoked turkey thigh chili packed with butternut squash, red bells, flame-roasted poblanos, white & red beans, fresh sage and parsley… then topped with shaved scamorza, roasted cherry tomatoes, and sage leaves and smoked turkey skin crackling.
