This is why I love what I do. A few months ago I had the privilege of cooking for and 30 others in Texas during an incredible retreat hosted by . The day posted a reel she happened to see we were at , and on the night of our dinner she surprised us by making the trip out to experience our menu. To be remembered in that way and to share such a genuine connection over food is a gift I will carry with me. Moments like this are why I pour my heart into every plate. They fill me with joy and a sense of purpose that will last a lifetime.

A heartfelt thank you to my incredible team. None of this would have been possible without your talent, hustle, and dedication.

Today, we pulled off something truly special, with over 32 feet of charcuterie and crudité for 450 guests at Xavier College Prep for the Creighton Phoenix White Coat ceremony.
From planning to ex*****on, every detail was handled with precision and heart.

Proud does not even begin to cover it. I am grateful to lead such an exceptional group of professionals who show up and deliver every single time.

I want to take a moment to thank of for absolutely knocking it out of the park with these foam boards. As usual, I had a last-minute idea (no surprise there), and he not only brought it to life but exceeded every expectation.

These boards will be used to showcase Ansley Table at an upcoming 450 person event this Friday for medical university. We are incredibly grateful for the creative team behind us who continue to make our vision a reality. Thank you!!
