Massive appreciation post for .

Yesterday she led her very first charcuterie board class and did it with confidence, poise, and true leadership. Watching her step into that role and guide the room with clarity and creativity was something special. She did not just teach a class, she created an experience.

And she did it in full Ansley Table attire, representing the brand with pride and professionalism. Seeing our team wear the logo with ownership and confidence reminds me why we built this the way we did.

Torture is when your biscotti breaks mid dunk and slowly sinks to the bottom of your coffee like it has given up on life. You sit there staring, unable to save it because the coffee is scorching, watching it disappear into the abyss like a carbohydrate sacrifice. Then when you finally reach the end, you find it again, bloated, broken, but somehow beautiful, your fallen soldier turned hero, ready to melt in your mouth like sweet caffeinated redemption.

This is why I love what I do. A few months ago I had the privilege of cooking for and 30 others in Texas during an incredible retreat hosted by . The day posted a reel she happened to see we were at , and on the night of our dinner she surprised us by making the trip out to experience our menu. To be remembered in that way and to share such a genuine connection over food is a gift I will carry with me. Moments like this are why I pour my heart into every plate. They fill me with joy and a sense of purpose that will last a lifetime.
