This past weekend we pulled off our biggest cook of all time - feeding 2,300 people. To say we are incredibly blessed is an understatement. We cooked over 1,000lbs of meat and spent countless hours planning, coordinating, and executing to pull this off. Special shout-out to for being my right hand during the cook, for lending their house, time and support, for the custom embroidered hats and aprons, for being the best wife and business partner out there, for his mentorship and support, and our Blue Saguaro crew who worked their butts off and went above and beyond. It’s pretty amazing how far we have come in just 2 short years and extremely exciting to think about what’s to come in the next few years. 🙏🙏🙏
