Exciting news! I'm teaming up with .co for a vintage, moody and romantic styled shoot in Philadelphia! The best way to bring this vision to life is to show real love on camera, and work with a real couple. I am always looking for new and unique experiences for guests at any event, and has a pretty awesome one! They don't just do regular portraits, but instead ask you to look inward and consider your biggest hopes and dreams, and photograph that feeling in such an artistic way. This was one of the more unique and best takeaways from Philly's Art-ish event that I attended a few weeks ago, and I wanted to share for anyone looking for a unique guest experience!

Hi everyone! I haven’t introduced myself in a bit, so I figured it’s time to do that for anyone new here.

I’m Alexandria! I’m a dreamer, a traveler, a planner of all things in life, and if you couldn’t tell I’m a Swiftie😊
I love all things weddings, events, and love making spreadsheets (I know you may not believe me but it’s true I honestly love it). I started Everlasting Events 3.5 years ago in hopes to do more of what I am passionate about, and have grown so much as a business owner and individually in that time. If you are working with me, I will always be 100% honest with you, and will bother your vendors a little too much just to ensure your day is everything you want and more.

If you enjoy more non-traditional weddings, and aren’t looking for a cookie cutter day, I’d love to work with you! If you’re looking for someone to be on your team, to help take on some of that overwhelm, and take your visions and make them a reality (but still within budget), that’s me!

I remember thinking how great the lighting was throughout Summer and Nick's wedding, and Lobando Images captured it perfectly! They kept the decor simple and let the venue speak for itself, which is usually my advice for gorgeous venues like this. A simple neon sign, some mason jars and candles are all that was needed. To be honest we were all too busy watching these two light up with pure happiness to notice much else!

When you're choosing a photographer, it's so important to look at composition, editing, and their overall style. Decide on these things first, so you're only looking at photographers that fit the exact style you like. Don't forget to throw budget in the mix too, so you can narrow your list down and choose the best photographer for you!

When you make your wedding fun but adding COLOR! I had such a blast working with Kelly and Jamie last fall to plan out this vibrant disco theme at Adventure Aquarium! Kelly made every centerpiece by hand, and went with crocheted floral bouquet made by a friend, which was such a unique and personal touch. These are some of my favorite weddings, where the details are personal to the couple. If you work with us, we will make sure that everyone knows it's YOUR wedding they are attending, and that everyone has a blast!

It's long overdue that we introduce the team! Julia is our lead coordinator, and I am so grateful she joined as the first true team member with Everlasting Events back in 2023.

It's hard to believe that I started this journey 3 years ago now! Just three years and one day ago I hit publish to launch my business in the afternoon. By the evening I found out I was pregnant with Juliette, and all the sudden had two babies at once. These three years have been the best, most exciting, challenging, and rewarding years of my life, for so many reasons.

I am so proud of how much Everlasting Events has grown. I was able to leave my full time job after just a year and a half in business, and now still get to do what I love working with kids once a week, with my business now as my full time job. I went from hardly making a salary, to tripling my first year of earning. I went from being completely on my own to having an amazing team who I am beyond grateful for. I was able to open up to more than just weddings, and took on showers and parties. I went from 5 weddings the first year to 36 events this year. I started my sister photo booth company this year and already worked 10 events with our booth! There are so many ways that Everlasting Events is growing, and I can't wait to see what this next year brings.

This business has allowed me to be home with my daughter almost every weekday, and for that I am forever grateful. It's been such a cool experience watching her grow every day, and such a rewarding challenge to be a mother, business owner, and just get the chance to be myself fully in every way. I am so grateful to everyone who has supported me in this journey, and I'm proud to have a every day.

It has been 15 years with my soulmate, we have now officially spent half our lives with each other and I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s been 7 years since he proposed to me, in the exact spot of the school library where we met, after I walked through photos of us from each year we had together. When the photos ended at the giant Christmas tree and there was a question mark hanging, I pieced it all together, but was still happily surprised. It’s pretty challenging to surprise a planner like myself who notices every tiny detail. He even got our families there to watch from the second floor and throw confetti. It was the most romantic proposal, and I’m incredibly lucky to have the most romantic, supportive, and incredible husband, .
