Host your ceremony and reception in one convenient location at the Merchantville Community Center. Our outdoor patio offers a beautiful ceremony setting just steps from your reception space, allowing for an easy transition for you and your guests.

Interested in getting ready onsite or creating a memorable entrance? Our lower-level space, available as an add-on, can be used as a private bridal suite and catering prep area. It features a larger kitchen and a separate staircase that connects both the ballroom and lower-level kitchens. A lower-level side entrance, located just steps from the patio staircase and hidden from guests, provides a lovely and discreet option for a bridal entrance.

For couples looking for a rain backup option, ceremonies may also be held in the sunroom or in front of one of our fireplaces. In the event of an indoor ceremony, the staircase from the lower level to the ballroom leads through the front entryway—kept out of guest view—offering another elegant entrance option.

While the Merchantville Community Center serves strictly as the venue, couples are welcome to ask questions and explore different layout and flow options to determine what works best for their event.

What a night! The Borough of Merchantville Monster Mash Bash brought out some of the most creative costumes, best music, and unforgettable moments. From the themed drinks to the dance floor energy, Merchantville truly knows how to celebrate spooky season in style.

A huge thank-you to everyone who came out, dressed up, and made the night such a success. We can’t wait to do it again next year!
