Very seldom do I get into a back and forth on a review site with a guest. After 33 years in business we own when a mistake is made or quality for that particular order wasn’t there. We go back to the “why” it happened, correct it, and try to never repeat whatever we did. This past Sunday this 50 year old man berated and upset 2 awesome high school, female employees because there was a timing issue with his order. The mistake was on us, we own it. His behavior towards these hard working superstar employees is a snapshot of where many people are today. Seriously it’s a pizza not cancer, not a sick child, not a dying parent. You should be embarrassed by screaming at two young girls. If anyone ever has an issue at Pisa Pizza reach out to me directly. I will make it right every time. Treat our young staff like this guy then find somewhere else to go!!!

For the past 20 years Pisa Pizza has offered our 2 For Tuesday. We continue to give you a free large cheese with the purchase of any large pizza. With everything being so expensive this is our way of giving back to our local families. The past 5 years our costs have escalated like never before but one thing we won’t do is discontinue this family discounted night. This is our way of making sure that all of our customers have an affordable pizza night option!!!!

Our prayers go out to Billy’s family today. If you’ve spent any time in Edgeworth, you would recognize his smile and kind words from a mile away. For over 30 years we’ve had him coming through our front door always talking about family and good times. You will be missed by so many. Praying for comfort for his family and close friends!!!
