Legal Statement
This company was to be formally dissolved in accordance with the terms outlined and agreed upon in the divorce decree. However, one of the parties failed to comply with the dissolution as stipulated. As a result, the matter is currently under judicial review.
It is important to note that any attempt to unilaterally alter the company’s legal name or identity, while dissolution proceedings are pending, is in direct violation of the court’s directive. Furthermore, any contract issued for future events may not be honored, as the business is expected to cease operations following the court’s final decision.
Additionally, the petitioner no longer has access to the company’s official email accounts or other social media platforms, including Instagram. As such, this notice is being shared solely through the company’s page - the only platform to which the petitioner still retains access.
All parties and third-party entities engaging with the company are hereby advised that its legal standing remains under dispute and is subject to court resolution.
Update - 03/22/2025
It has come to our attention that one of the parties has unilaterally changed the company’s name to BH Cater/ BH Catering and Events. This action directly violates the terms set forth in the court’s dissolution order and is not legally recognized.
The dissolution of the business remains an active and ongoing legal process. The court has not issued a final judgment, and therefore, no party may alter the legal identity or branding of the company during this period.
We hereby notify all clients, vendors, and third-party entities that any contract or agreement entered into under the name “BH Cater” is subject to legal challenge and may not be enforceable. Regardless of the name change, the business is expected to be formally dissolved in accordance with the final court decision.
All parties are urged to exercise caution and await the resolution of the case before engaging in any dealings with the renamed entity.
