We were fortunate to attend the Grand Opening of Chicagos Jerk Tacos Express inside the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center. The restaurant will serve as the facility's official concessionaire and caterer, bringing a taste of Chicago’s South Side to Louisville’s West End. We look forward to collaborating with Chef Aaron and Chef Austin on upcoming events at the SLC.
