Having a day of coordinator who can provide insight and assistance with timeline creation is key. We often see people using AI to create a timeline and while it’s not a bad idea , nothing beats real human experience. Especially from a wedding professional who participates in the planning and ex*****on of the timeline.

Let’s talk about tip culture , specifically in the wedding industry.

Tips are never required but are always appreciated. Most vendors are happy with a positive review and referrals to other couples.

That being said , if you feel inclined to do so , this chart is a handy break down on how / what to tip each vendor type.

Tips can be given at the end of the night , the next day or even a week later. Whatever feels right to you ! It’s important to know that if you aren’t in a position to tip or don’t feel you should , that’s ok too. There’s no pressure and no wrong answer.

Being a wedding vendor is about providing you with top tier service , tip or no tip.
