Seafood Curated Dinner 🐟 + Wine Flight 🍷
Dinner here isn’t just food — it’s a guided journey. Our curated flights are usually three glasses — sparkling, rosé, white, or red — but if you know us, sometimes you’ll get an extra wine or a top-up that pairs appropriately, just because we’re like that.

Amuse
🥂 Andalusian Gazpacho — A blend of grapes and almonds. A great palate starter.

Courses
🥗 Piedmont Peppers — Peppers filled with anchovy, tomato, caper, garlic & fried parsley. Cabernet Franc from the Loire is often herbaceous, making it a natural match for this dish and for vegetables in general.
🦑 Grilled Calamari — Calabrian chili, arugula & fennel. The versatile Catarratto grape tames spice in a surprising fashion — here it cools the chili and pairs beautifully with the arugula.
🍤 Grilled King Prawns + Lemon Pasta — Zucchini, mascarpone, Sicilian mint sauce. Aligoté, a relatively rare bird from Burgundy, plays perfectly with the flavors of this dish and will knock your socks off.
Sweet Finish
🍮 Sticky Toffee Pudding with Oban cream — this will blow you away.
