Well… I promised our Thanksgiving menu would drop this weekend, and I spoke a little too soon!

We’re still working through pricing and waiting on a few vendors to get back to us. We’re doing our best to keep prices as close to last year’s as possible while making sure they still make sense for our small business. Food costs have changed, and we want to take the time to get this right for everyone.

We’re also adding some new items you got to taste at our open house this past weekend, and we can’t wait to share the full menu!

The Thanksgiving menu will now be posted Saturday, October 17. That still gives you more than a month before Thanksgiving to order your savory favorites and pies.

In the meantime, let’s enjoy a little Halloween first!

Whether you’re just starting fall break or finally wrapping it up—HALLELUJAH to those sending the kids back to school! 😂—one thing never changes: everybody still needs to eat. Every. Single. Day.

We’ve got your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between covered. And yes, dessert, because after all that family togetherness, everybody deserves a little sweet. 😉

💪 We’re also entering sweatpants season, but our Performance Meals are here to keep some balance in the mix! Personally, I need to lean on those a little more… taste-testing all the new sweets we’ve been making has made my jeans a little tighter. Apparently, “quality control” still counts. 😂 High-protein meals, plenty of flavor, and someone else doing the cooking? Yes, please!

🥧 Our full fall pie collection is back in session! Apple, pecan, chocolate pecan, pumpkin… time to start sampling and decide what deserves a spot on your Thanksgiving table. We call that holiday planning. Very responsible of you.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our open house on Friday, October 9! You made it such a successful evening, and we loved celebrating with you. Two years in our storefront and we’re still standing… although at this point, we may be leaning on the counter. 😂❤️ Your support keeps us going!

With Prosper and Frisco ISD families heading into fall break, a little food planning goes a long way. Whether you’re staying put or sneaking away for a quick getaway, everyone still needs to eat!

🥞 Our pancake boxes and muffins make breakfast easy for the kids—perfect for busy mornings, a grab-and-go bite, or a little treat along the way.

🍽️ Our family meals make it easy to please the kids, too! In our family-size meals, the sauce is packaged separately from the protein because we know picky eaters have opinions. Add a little, add a lot, or leave it off—you can customize each plate to suit your family. Let’s make dinner a little more peaceful!

💪 Some of your favorite Performance Meals are getting a little revamp! Same clean flavors, same care, same scratch-made approach—with a little sauce that can change the whole meal. Take a fresh look; your regular favorite might have a delicious new twist.

👩‍🍳 WE’RE HIRING A PREP COOK! Our menu keeps changing—can you keep up?

At Simply French Texas, we make meals from scratch, prepare catering orders, and help busy families put good food on the table. With a rotating weekly menu, there’s always a new recipe to learn and something different to prepare.

We’re looking for someone who loves food, thinks quickly, moves efficiently, and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll need to adapt as priorities change, follow recipes accurately, and bring a ready-to-help attitude to our small team.

You should also feel comfortable stepping into our storefront when needed—greeting customers, answering questions, and helping with order pickups. A friendly personality matters just as much as what you bring to the prep table!

🥕 Strong knife skills—or a real willingness to learn
⏱️ Speed, accuracy, and initiative
💪 Able to lift 40 lbs and stay on your feet during long shifts
🤝 Willing to pitch in with prep, cleaning, and customer service

📅 Monday–Friday | Daytime position
