AN UPDATE FROM LOFT 21
We want to share an update with our Loft 21 community following the significant damage caused by the pipe burst at our venue in July.
While we have recently seen encouraging movement with our insurance claim, we still do not have the funding and confirmed construction timeline necessary to responsibly guarantee our November and December events. Rather than ask those families to continue waiting, we have made the difficult decision to release our November and December clients from their contracts so they have adequate time to make alternate arrangements for their celebrations.
Our team remains committed to rebuilding and reopening our doors. We have an incredible team of professionals working alongside us, and we continue to push the insurance and rebuilding process forward every day. We know there are clients with future events who are understandably concerned. At this time, this decision applies specifically to our November and December events. We will continue communicating directly with our clients as meaningful updates become available.
This has been an incredibly difficult and unexpected chapter for our clients, our employees and our families. We understand the level of the disruption it has caused and sincerely appreciate the patience, kindness and grace so many of you have shown us.
For nearly 10 years, Loft 21 has been a place where families and organizations have celebrated some of life's biggest moments. We are working every day toward opening those doors again.
