The Windy City Open The Windy City Open is a competitive Ballroom Dance event hosted every year by Organizer Emil Ioukhnikov. DEAR DANCERS AND EXTENDED WINDY CITY OPEN FAMILY!

This year's is being hosted April 4-7, 2024 at the Westin Chicago North Shore! What a roller coaster this year has been! We cant wait to see you all in Chicago again this March 24-27, 2022 at the Westin Chicago North Shore! This year we are proud and excited to be celebrating our 15th Year Anniversary of the Windy City Open!! What an amazing time to be dancing! We hope you can

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us at this year’s event. Your presence and enthusiasm made the Windy City Open 2025 truly unforgettable. It simply wouldn’t have been possible without each of you.

Life can be unpredictable and challenging at times, but it means so much to me that you chose to participate in this celebration of dance, even amidst everything going on. Your support fills me with warmth and inspires the spirit of this event.

I hope you all enjoyed the experience! To those who stepped onto the dance floor—congratulations on sharing your incredible talent and passion. It was an absolute joy to watch you shine.

The event will be held Thursday through Sunday, March 26-29, 2020 at the Westin Chicago North Shore luxury hotel, where guests are provided high-class comfort, delicious food, and extraordinary entertainment.
