First CrossFit Competition to come to the Acadiana area back in 2011. This year the 11th annual Rag Ragin Fitness Co.

If you’ve ever competed in the Ragin Games, chances are you knew Aaron. He’s been part of this event since day one in 2010—first as a competitor for two years, then as our head judge and eventually, simply as he preferred: “that dude with Jeremy.”

Aaron was the kindest soul you could ever meet. He never met a stranger, and he had a way of making everyone feel welcome, valued and seen.
