"But the best part? Because we are there taking care of the details, coordination, questions, errands, spills, logistics, serving cake, ice runs, drink refills, loading vehicles, taking out trash, cleaning up the venue, and managing the room- The families NEVER have to miss those moments. They get to be fully present. Fully there for their child."
Full plan weddings are always bitter sweet to post- planning details for a year or more, sharing in the little moments, sharing in the big joyous moments, building relationships and sharing the happy tears as the vision comes to life- and just like that it's over.
Putting in close to 1000 hours planning, answering emails, taking calls, and sitting in meetings so the bride doesn't have to with her busy schedule-
Working on templates, bringing inspo into reality, stuffing and stamping save the dates, then the invites, then custom ordering the little details-
Late night calls talking through logistics and finances over & over to make sure we are fulfilling the dream without breaking the bank-
The meetings becoming more like hang out sessions because stress relief is time spent together going through the great plans-
And then- the day comes...
Knowing what the dress looks like before the wedding but then she puts it on and it steals your breath-
Seeing the father see his baby in her white dress- the same baby he held 'just a few years ago'
Seeing the joy from the mother who worked along side us to throw the best party- all to show her baby how much she loves her.
Seeing the grooms family anxiously await their first look with their son, then he comes out with the same grin that got him in trouble during those toddler years.
Seeing her friends laughing, crying, and reliving stories that made the best memories.
Witnessing the guys be guys- making fun of their friend 'cleaning up' for once, but see the 'proud of you' hidden behind the humor.
Seeing the moment Grandma sees her rings tied to the bouquet with a gasp and a warm smile with tears rolling down her cheek.
Seeing the family sitting around the table talking and laughing all night long because 'its been too long' and 'we need to do this more often'.
But the best part? Because we are there taking care of the details, coordination, questions, errands, spills, logistics, serving cake, ice runs, drink refills, loading vehicles, taking out trash, cleaning up the venue, and managing the room- The Family NEVER has to miss those moments. They get to be fully present. Fully there for their child.
