We are teaming up with The Wedding Sisters to bring you the most beautiful day with zero effort-our mission is simple: Make sure the bride & groom (and their families) are fully present 100% of the time.

Tables & chairs — setting them up according to the floor plan
Linens — placing them and making sure everything looks polished
Room setup — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces
Room flips — transitioning spaces during the event
Décor setup — centerpieces, signage, candles, backdrops, etc.
Décor teardown — packing everything up at the end of the night
Vendor access — letting vendors in and showing them where to go
Vendor questions — being the point person so vendors aren't calling the bride
Timeline management — keeping dinner, speeches, dances, cake cutting, etc. moving
Arrival coordination — lining up the wedding party and cueing entrances
Floor plan creation
Guest flow — directing guests
Parking & entrance questions
Temperature adjustments
Lighting adjustments
A/V assistance — microphones, music connections, TVs/projectors, etc.
Bar setup & staffing
