🚨 Fall Internship Opportunity at the State Fairgrounds! 🐄🎡

Looking for hands-on experience in agriculture, event management, and behind-the-scenes fair operations? Join the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce as an intern at the Mississippi State Fairgrounds!

As an intern, you'll:
🐖 Assist with livestock shows
🎪 Help set up and break down events
🧹 Support cleanup and daily operations
💪 Pitch in wherever you're needed and gain valuable real-world experience

This is a great opportunity to build your resume, develop new skills, and be part of some of Mississippi's biggest agricultural events. The internship runs from September through October 2026.

Applications are now live for our 2027 Miss Dixie National Pageant! Click the pageant information tab on our website to download the application, pageant rules, and style show information. Get ready for an amazing pageant experience!

Miss, Jr. Miss, and Princess Contestants will have events both days. Sweetheart Contestants will only have event on Sunday, October 11, 2026.
