Most of that checklist exists because at a lot of venues, you are the one holding it all together. Booking the vendors, confirming the timeline, making sure someone is refilling the ice buckets while you are supposed to be getting married.

That is the part we take on. Our all inclusive packages bring the florist, DJ, and on site coordinator together about 15 minutes from Kansas City, and on the day itself, the small stuff is already handled before you would have thought to ask.
