Everyone, meet Sondra- The Heart Behind The Barn’s Decor

Hello! I’m Sondra, the creative mind and hands behind the bespoke decorations at The Barn In The Pines. My journey into the world of decorating began in childhood, driven by a passion for transforming spaces into beautiful, memorable settings. Despite holding a degree in an unrelated field, my talent has been refined over a lifetime of dedication to the craft. My professional journey took a significant turn in 2016 when I ventured into the world of weddings, opening my own venue. It wasn’t long before I noticed brides seeking advice and tips on decorating. Encouraged by family and friends, and trusting in my God-given talents, I decided to offer decoration packages four years ago, marking the beginning of a new chapter in my lifelong commitment to decorating. This decision has allowed me to bring my years of informal experience to life in a professional setting, transforming countless events into testaments of my passion. The satisfaction I derive from my work is beautifully mirrored in the feedback from my clients, whose appreciation, like the bride who thanked me for realizing her dream wedding, remains my most cherished form of recognition.
