From the backyard to the brewery. What originated in the backwoods of Louisiana as a spring tradition celebrating the crawfish season has transformed into a bash the entire city of Houston is invited to. Crawfish and Brews is the perfect pairing—nothing compliments these affectionately named “mudbugs” like an ice cold beer. Ça c’est bon! The Boil promotes authentic cooked crawfish with the addition of great music and great company. Crawfish and Brews wants to make sure you enjoy the spring weather like a true Cajun.
