Well, this was a first.

Someone suggested that we should change the name of The Sunday Market at Crown Ridge because we didn’t have produce or farm products at this month’s market.

So, naturally, we consulted the dictionary.

Turns out we’re good.

For the record, we’ve never advertised ourselves as a farmers market. We’ve always been proud to be a local market filled with makers, bakers, artisans, food vendors, small businesses and all kinds of unique finds.

And YES, we would absolutely LOVE to add local produce and farm vendors to that list! We’ve tried, we’re still trying, and our door is wide open. If you grow it, raise it, harvest it or produce it locally, we’d love to hear from you.

Until then, we’ll continue being exactly what we’ve always said we are.

A market.

So, the verdict? The name stays!

Our next market is Sunday, October 4th!
