Our Event Day Management Services

Have all the planning done and ready to go, but need help on the day of the event? That's where we come in. Once you sign on as a Timeless Moments by Design client, we sit down with you to find out all the details of the event and help create a timeline of the day to make sure everything is included. We arrive approximately 3 hours prior to the start of the event (earlier if needed) through the end and make sure all items have been taken by the designated people. We will manage and direct all vendors throughout the event to make sure the event is successful. We also will provide any additional staff as needed at an additional cost.

Whether you have a professional conference, workshop, seminar or a social event such as an office party, holiday party, gala, or fundraising event, we are here to make it happen!
