This was us getting ready for the Vendor Market, but honestly, it looks a lot like any event day around here.

Moving tables, setting up spaces, coordinating vendors, making last-minute adjustments, and making sure everything is ready before guests arrive.

A lot goes on behind the scenes before the doors open, and our team puts in the work to make sure our clients and their guests can simply show up and enjoy the day.

One of the biggest mistakes we see? Waiting too long and realizing your dream date is already taken.

✨ Weddings: 9–18 months out
✨ Baby Showers: 3–6 months out
✨ Birthdays & Celebrations: 2–4 months out

The earlier you book, the more flexibility you’ll have with dates, vendors, décor, and planning overall.

That said, don’t panic if your event is coming up soon! We can often accommodate last-minute celebrations when and if dates are available.
