More than 122,000 kids have been the recipient of toys donated by generous fairgoers—If you were one of them, we applaud you! 🙌

The Care N' Share Toy Drive collects toys won at San Diego County Fair Fun Zone games. Donation bins are located at Fair exit gates, and Fair guests can place the prizes they've won in the bins on their way out.🧸

A team from local Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs then clean and deliver them to hospitalized children, foster youth and other children's support service programs.

So far this year:
• 300 toys to Camp Stevens Julian
• 317 to Eastlake Chula Vista Rotary Club sponsored projects
• 120 to the La Jolla Golden Triangle Rotary Club
• 50 to Voices for Children
• 20 to adolescents who live in group homes..and there are still more to be delivered!

The San Diego County Fair has been around since 1880, and to continue serving as the place where summer starts in San Diego, we’d love to hear more from you to help us grow and improve.

What genres of music, dance, or shows would make the Fair the best yet? What traditions do want to continue—or see evolve?

Your response will help shape the Fair’s programming, customer service, and operations next year. This is your moment to share your favorite music and entertainment, what you’d love to see more (or less) of, and your biggest Fair wishes.

As a thank you, we’re giving free admission tickets to next year’s Fair to 100 respondents to be selected at random on August 15.

Superheroes are the stars of the 2020 San Diego County Fair. Embrace your inner hero and show off your super powers! Soar through the air on adrenaline-pumping carnival rides, strike a power pose with your favorite superheroes, taste your way through the Fair’s superfoods, discover entertainment surprises around every corner, learn the science and history of being a superhero and meet real-life community heroes who put Clark Kent to shame.

The 2020 Fair opens on Friday, June 5 at 4 p.m., and runs through Sunday, July 5, 2020 (closed on Mondays).
