Dinner last night was Hamburger Steak with beefy mushroom onion gravy, Mac and cheese and green beans.

Tonight I warmed up the last of the Parmesan chicken leftovers and made Cacia e Pepe.

Dinner the last few nights.

Cajun blackened roasted chicken with Augratin potatoes and Italian green beans.

Next night shredded the left over chicken from night before. Made a creole chicken and pea stew from leftovers. Ladled over mashed potatoes. Pretty yummy.

Tonight I made what I call “late night diner t-bone” hubby brought home. Wedge salad with blue cheese dressing and roasted a few Brussels sprouts I had to do a fridge clean out. 😊

I guess I need to go shopping for us to restock pantry, fridge and freezer. Lol.

Tonight I made a pot of Hot and Sour Soup for dinner. A favorite soup of mine but so hard to find a perfect bowl of Hot and Sour Soup. It turned out delicious but I can guarantee you I could never replicate it. 😂

Dinner tonight I pulled out leftover veggies, lots of garlic, butter and olive oil, Italian seasoning, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes and sauteed them. Cooked some orzo, drained and tossed with the veggies. Had a few shrimp in the freezer, thawed and roasted them. Topped with feta, then shrimp and fresh basil. Light and delicious. 😋

Last night I made breakfast for dinner, ham steak, bacon, eggs and jalapeno cheese grits. 😋

Tonight I took the rest of the Italian beef and added mushrooms and pearled barley to make a yummy soup. Had a few pieces of sourdough bread and made grilled cheese to go with it. Yes it’s hot here in Texas but I could eat soup every day. 😋😂

Tonight leftovers for dinner. I took the leftover cabbage & onion and added an egg, flour, chopped cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, oregano and parsley. Mixed together, formed balls then rolled them in panko bread crumbs Fried until crispy golden brown. Pretty yummy. 😋

We had my father-in-law over for dinner last night. Took a chuck roast and turned it into Italian Beef Sandwiches with French Fries covered in gravy and mozzarella chunks. I got my roll a little too toasty. 😂
