From grill to chafer, we keep the process simple and organized so every burger stays hot and ready for service. Once the patties come off the grill, we build each plate and confirm the details, including whether guests would like cheese.

Then we set guests up with toppings and condiments so they can finish their cheeseburger exactly the way they like it. Clear steps, steady timing, and a smooth handoff make the line move well and the experience feel effortless.

For us, showing up is only the starting point. We care about the events we are part of, and we stay focused on meeting everyone’s expectations.

That means cleaning up what needs to be cleaned, stepping in to support other vendors, and helping the hosts when something needs attention. When we can take something off your shoulders, the day runs smoother for everyone.

For desserts, we do not keep a baker in-house. We work with an outsourced baker who does a wonderful job, and we will also tell you when it makes sense to outsource something simple, like cookies from places such as Crumbl.

You do not need to pay catering service and fees just to put a few cookies out, and we would rather respect your budget and repeat the same success event after event. And to be clear, we are not making Skittles and Twizzlers in-house or sealing counterfeit bags, that part was a joke.

Today’s setup is a casual wedding with one of our hot dog shaped carts. Believe it or not, these carts are requested often for weddings, along with large corporate events, company picnics, and church picnics.

Each cart is built to service about 100 to 600 guests with an efficient, organized flow. When the guest count grows, we can bring multiple setups and extra grills to keep service moving smoothly, even into the thousands.

One of our more casual options still comes with the same attention to timing, presentation, and guest flow. Outside of corporate events, we often serve red wine braised boneless short ribs with demi-glace, chicken piccata, or chicken with poblano cream sauce, paired with thoughtful sides and salad.

We are frequently asked to prepare steaks for weddings, and we can bring 160,000 BTU NSF-approved grills when the setup supports a great result. We do not say yes to every request if it compromises quality, because we are representing both our team and our client when it is time to serve.

Planning starts at the very first submission or call, because catering is about feeding a large group with timing and flow that makes sense. The goal is to get guests served efficiently, with everything set up and paced correctly.

We always say the food is about 10% of what we do, and the other 90% is earning trust through consistent ex*****on. When clients know we can represent them well, the entire event feels easier and the success is repeatable.

Our name carries history, and our values are rooted in what we consider Southern gentleman values. We have always believed hospitality starts with a handshake, because trust should be felt from the first moment.

That is why the handshake sits at the center of our logo. It is a simple reminder that how we welcome people matters just as much as what we serve.

Today’s menu features our house-smoked brisket and pulled pork, smoked for 12 to 16 hours over post oak and hickory. We serve them with diced onion, pickled jalapeño, and a sliced pickle, all on locally baked brioche buns for a classic, well-balanced bite.

We also offer hot dogs, a favorite for corporate events and even weddings. From hot dog-shaped carts to a classic New York-style steam cart and antique wagons that are fire code permitted for indoor service, each option is designed to fit through standard doors and elevators for a smooth, on-time setup.

Our casual setup is designed to look clean, stay organized, and move efficiently. Those branded red coolers make it easy to present condiments and toppings while keeping everything properly chilled.

We see it often: cold items get overlooked, even though they matter just as much as the rest of the menu. Keeping toppings cold protects quality and supports health and safety standards, so the experience stays consistent from the first guest to the last.

We use 5 to 1 franks that land right around a quarter pound, and we keep them just under so there is still room for the toppings. It is a simple detail, but it makes every build feel balanced and intentional.

We also keep it local from start to finish, with all beef franks sourced out of Fort Worth, Texas. With no nitrates and just water, beef, and spices in the mix, they pair perfectly with buns from Hope Pride Bakery in Denton County.
