Hallie Platt joins FGF Catering in Dallas, Texas, as a Catering Coordinator.

A North Dallas native, Hallie brings over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a special focus on weddings and personalized events. Her passion focuses on curating meaningful, memorable experiences that truly reflect the people at the heart of every celebration. For Hallie, the magic happens where creativity meets connection.

Outside of work, Hallie is a singer and former dancer, as well as enjoys antiques, period dramas, and dreaming of her next adventure, which a visit to Scotland tops that list!

She treasures time spent with her family and friends and finds joy in the little things that make life beautiful.

Hallie is thrilled to bring her energy, creativity, and warmth to the FGF Catering team. She is excited for those life-changing experiences and the connections she will make.

The newest member of the Arlington Hall at Turtle Creek team is Faith Garza as the Catering Sales Coordinator.

With 5 years of experience in the wedding and hospitality world, Faith loves turning big visions into beautiful, stress-free celebrations for our clients. She enjoys the opportunity to seek creative ways to elevate the guest's experience.

Faith is currently earning her Bachelor's degree in marketing at Abilene Christian University (go Wild Cats!). Outside of work, you’ll find her reading, working out, or soaking up some sun.

Known for her calm presence under pressure and exceptional attention to detail, Elizabeth brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every celebration she helps bring to life.

As Elizabeth stepped away from planning, she shifted her focus to catering and venue sales. Her ability to balance professionalism with warmth makes her a trusted partner for couples and vendors alike.
