Turtle Creek Park, The Filter Building at White Rock Lake, The Venue at 400 North Ervay, Knight Sky and The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. FGF is a preferred caterer for several premier venues in the DFW area (i.e. Sixty Five Hundred, Hall of State, Frontiers of Flight Museum, The Women's Museum, Museum of Nature and Science, Bass Hall, F.I.G., and many others). Executive Adam Fiscus' extraordinary cuisine is perfect for gala affairs, dinner parties, and sparkling soirees, but he can also whip up some pretty fancy gourmet picnics and produces the kickiest barbecue this side of the Pecos! Hallie Platt joins FGF Catering in Dallas, Texas, as a Catering Coordinator.

A North Dallas native, Hallie brings over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a special focus on weddings and personalized events. Her passion focuses on curating meaningful, memorable experiences that truly reflect the people at the heart of every celebration. For Hallie, the magic happens where creativity meets connection.

Outside of work, Hallie is a singer and former dancer, as well as enjoys antiques, period dramas, and dreaming of her next adventure, which a visit to Scotland tops that list!

She treasures time spent with her family and friends and finds joy in the little things that make life beautiful.

Hallie is thrilled to bring her energy, creativity, and warmth to the FGF Catering team. She is excited for those life-changing experiences and the connections she will make.

With 5 years of experience in the wedding and hospitality world, Faith loves turning big visions into beautiful, stress-free celebrations for our clients. She enjoys the opportunity to seek creative ways to elevate the guest's experience.

Faith is currently earning her Bachelor's degree in marketing at Abilene Christian University (go Wild Cats!). Outside of work, you’ll find her reading, working out, or soaking up some sun.
