Sonny Bryan's Smokehouse He’d spend the rest of the day riding his bicycle around town. It’s easy to spot imposters in the barbecue industry.
(348)

Sonny Bryan, whose original vision for top-tier Texas barbecue is still alive and well, used to keep the restaurant open until the 800 pounds of meat ran out (usually around 1 pm). A lot has changed since the days of Sonny and his bicycle but we’re proud of the blend of old and new you’ll encounter while visiting our flagship store. Looking for authentic barbecue that stands out among all the other briskets? We’ve got the roots and the history to prove you’re in the right place.

🏈 Football Season is Back! 🏈
Sonny Bryan’s has the kind of game day spread worth showing up early for: slow-smoked brisket, ribs, sausage, sides and enough BBQ sauce to make the napkins nervous.

A STRONG STARTING LINEUP
Brisket. Ribs. Sausage. Onion rings. We could keep going, but kickoff waits for no one. Build a spread everyone can grab between plays... or during the commercials, depending on how your team is doing.

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE BALL
Nobody should have to leave during the fourth quarter because you need food. Order easy delivery to your doorstep!

FEED THE WHOLE ROSTER
Hosting a crowd? Call in reinforcements. Our catering packages bring the meats, sides and fixings so you can feed teams of any size.
