Every year I turn away more weddings than I book. It's not a brag. It's my business model.
A wedding deserves a DJ / Emcee who arrives prepared and fully invested. Taking a limited number of weddings each year is how I protect the standard every couple signs up for: the planning conversations before the day, the full presence during it and the personalization I put into every event.
This kind of customization would not survive volume. The couples I work with me deserve all of me. I've created an entire business model that relies on referrals only and no advertising.
So when a date is booked, it's booked. And when I say yes to a couple, they get more than just a packed dance floor.
If you are planning for 2027, my honest advice is to reach out earlier than feels necessary. My calendar is limited on purpose.
