Turning a brewery into a wedding venue was quite the task, but boy was it FUN! 🤍

From the outdoor ceremony to the courtyard and patio, the indoor pub tables, and of course the reception area and dance floor, we transformed each space to bring Allie's vision to life!

We are so thankful Allie and Dylan trusted us with both their decor and coordination. Being part of their special day was such a joy, and we had the best time celebrating with them!

Congratulations, Allie & Dylan! We can't wait to see all the pictures from your beautiful day!

What a beautiful day celebrating Abriana & Cam at The Royal in Lake Charles!

This venue has such a big, open floor plan with endless layout possibilities, and Abriana had a beautiful vision for her day!

This Boho wedding was fun to create and decorate. There were 32 tables with large statement pieces, including the beautiful candelabras with greenery and florals that bride created, which blended perfectly with the rest of the decor!

The wedding included so many amazing vendors and additions that filled the room! Our Boho arches created a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony which we flipped into the cake table, a ch*****ne wall, pancake cart, audio telephone guest book, and a foyer lined with beautiful photos. So many special details that brought everything together!

And the reception?! They showed up and danced all night long. We could not have asked for a better DJ!

Thank you Abriana and Cam for letting us be a part of your day! We had a blast with your family and bridal party and we had so much fun celebrating with you!

One wedding tradition we are seeing couples rethink lately… where parents sit during the ceremony.

Traditionally, the bride’s family sits on the left and the groom’s family sits on the right. But more couples are choosing to have parents sit on the opposite side so they can actually see their child’s face during the ceremony instead of the back of their head.

And honestly… there are pros and cons to both!

Traditional seating pros:
✔ Keeps with classic wedding traditions
✔ Helps guests know where to sit
✔ Looks balanced and familiar in photos

Traditional seating cons:
✔ Parents mostly see the back of their child during the ceremony

Opposite side seating pros:
✔ Parents get to watch their child’s expressions and emotions
✔ Can create really emotional and meaningful moments
✔ Parents often feel more connected during the ceremony

Opposite side seating cons:
✔ Can confuse guests if not communicated clearly
✔ Some couples prefer the traditional visual setup

At the end of the day, there is no “right” answer. Your ceremony should feel meaningful to YOU and your families
