Another Meeting Room Monday is here! Today we're diving into a space that may not be considered a 'meeting room' but is used by a lot of our guests...

These are our Pfahl Hall foyer spaces. You get to use one complimentary when you book a Pfahl Hall 202 or 302 tiered classroom, or you can book it on its own for evening/ weekend social events.

With floor to ceiling windows, this versatile space is perfect for hosting dinners, receptions, and our fan favorite Buckeye Football tailgates!

Welcome back to Meeting Room Monday!
Today we are going to highlight our smaller tiered classrooms! Very similar to Pfahl 140 that we highlighted previously, however these rooms seat 65 and are located on our second and third floors of Pfahl Hall.

Pfahl 202 and 302 boasts individual outlets at each work station, with the tiered classroom layout so every attendee has the best seat in the house.

The room comes equipped with an LCD projector, screen, smart podium with a presenter display TV and wired microphone, whiteboards and mounted camera and microphones to make video conferencing easy and interactive with a TV in the back of the room to display virtual attendees.

Our guests love that with the rental of this space, they get access to a beautiful foyer space for breaks and meals! Keep an eye out for our next Meeting Room Monday where we'll highlight this convenient foyer space!

We are back for another "Meeting Room Monday"

Next we'd like to present our smaller, more versatile, meeting rooms, Pfahl 230, 240, 330, and 340. These rooms are identical on the second and third floors of Pfahl Hall.

These rooms feature in- room AV such as an LCD projector, screen, podium with wired microphone and multiple whiteboards.

This room offers the flexibility to be set up in a classroom style, U- shape, conference table or square "pod" tables. And the best part is, all of the tables and chairs are on wheels, which makes it easy to switch up the set up throughout the day!

These rooms each share a connecting door to the other on the same floor, if you need concurrent sessions. They also share a hallway at the entrances, which is the perfect space to place coffee stations, buffets, snack stations etc. so the classroom is not interrupted.

These rooms hold up to 40 guests each and are waiting for you to book a wide variety of events in! Contact a sales manager at [email protected] for more information!

Welcome to our first Meeting Room Monday, where we are going to showcase one meeting room at a time and all it has to offer. The Blackwell has a lot of event space that may surprise you!

First up is Pfahl Hall Room 140: This space seats up to 110 people in a tiered classroom, that features AV equipment such as an LCD projector, screen, smart podium with a presentation display screen, whiteboards and a mounted camera/ microphone for full zoom/skype/teams capability.

Not so tech saavy? That's fine! We'll have an onsite AV tech available to help!

Each seat has its own power outlet and internet port for laptop users, so no tripping over extension cords!
