Meet Champ, our head chef extraordinaire!
Behind every exceptional dining experience at Vitria, is a chef with passion and creativity.

✨ What is one dish you could cook blindfolded?
Beef short rib

✨ What is your favorite thing to cook at home?
When he’s home, I’m normally the dishwasher! My wife often prepares tom yum, a traditional Thai hot and sour soup.

✨ What does do you love most about being a chef at Vitria?
The menu, the freedom to create, the beautiful open kitchen, and most importantly, a team that feels like family, all working toward the same goal.

✨ What made you want to become a chef?
My goal was not always to become a chef, after graduating in Thailand, I wanted to be a pastry chef, and then found my love for cooking other things.
✨ What hobbies do you have outside the kitchen? Outside the kitchen, you’ll often find me pursuing another creative passion: photography.

We’re grateful for the talent, dedication, and heart he brings to our kitchen every day. Thank you, Chef, for creating dishes that help make our guests’ most special moments even more memorable.
