Ok, 1 new post in 3 yrs? I admit, I'm not super into FB but the past 3 years HAVE been a very busy and fulfilling time for my work. I've had the opportunity to collaborate with so many wonderful couples and amazing wedding professionals in VT. I was recently approached by Fusion TLC (Total Light Control) to test out their brand new light trigger called the 'Raven'. This super cool tool was created by the same people who invented the Pocket Wizards (all you photographers know what I'm talking about). I just found out that myself and The Inn at the Round Barn Farm are featured on the Fusion TLC blog, so I guess there's no excuse to not share this one!

I'm happy to have participated in the VAWP Mixer and Annual Meeting last week. It reminded me how lucky we are to have this amazing community in Vermont. Not only are we world-class wedding professionals, but also wonderful people. It was an honor to film Kate Paine's keynote address and I had fun making this short video.

This weekend was Ben and Shannon's Vermont wedding reception for all those who couldn't (and did) make it to their destination wedding in the Dominican Republic this past winter. It was really cool to be amongst the guests as they watched they debut showing of their wedding film. I loved seeing how people reacted to various moments in the film and then to receive such wonderful feedback from everyone! I'm so excited to release Ben & Shannon's wedding film this weekend! The debut showing will be at their Vermont wedding party, for all those who were unable to attend (as well as those who did) their Dominican Republic destination wedding. I've also been holding off on releasing any photos from their 'trash the dress' session, which we did a week after the wedding. Here are a few teaser images, and many more to come this weekend. I'm pleased to share my latest film with you. Lindsay & Kevin held their Trapp Family Lodge wedding in Stowe, Vermont. It was an honor to film this amazing couple's magical day! As a wedding filmmaker, it seemed like everything came together that day! Laura and Tony celebrated their love with one of the most hand-made, epic weddings ever! These two amazing individuals and gifted professional musicians; well known and loved throughout the national bluegrass music scene; held their own mini-bluegrass festival for their wedding weekend. They rented out a campground in Greenfield, MA and along with their loving families, many of the most important and familiar faces of the Northeastern U.S. bluegrass scene attended.
