When we were closed on Sunday, some friends and I went over to the Lincoln Park Conservatory and I have never seen it more beautiful! We were all commenting on how lush it was and the plants were growing so beautifully and fuller than ever before and I’ve been there several times over the years. Maybe it was because it was a rainy day and we were in so much green like a jungle. Maybe it was the beautifully cool temperature and mist and chartreuse and olive mosses in the fern room that made it feel ethereal. Maybe it was all the friendly people who were visiting that day or maybe it was just a combination of all of this. One thing is for sure, it was spectacular and even though this is the smaller of our city’s 2 conservatories, it was really something. We hope you get over there soon to see all the gorgeous plants! In the meantime, we just received a new plant shipment and we have lots of beautiful plants as well. 🪴💚🤎
