🌴 We’re almost back… almost. Still have a little Florida left to explore, and our boat at home is screaming for some Charleston waterways!!! 🚤💦

We’re still out doing something — what that is, we’re not totally sure — but we do know we’re headed toward home and ready to jump back into the chaos we call life.

Turns out peaceful resorts aren’t our thing. We need adventure, noise, and a little bit of beautiful madness. So we’re coming back to our favorite kind of chaos — the one filled with food, laughter, and love. ❤️🔥

Just left the Keys, saw some pretty fun stuff, ate some pretty good food and now we are off to explore the Glades and the Springs!!

Well… Mike says I need to work on my angles, so this one’s for him 🤣🤣🫠🫠

We made it to St. Augustine and had the best day. Stopped by a spot we haven’t visited in almost 10 years since our last trip up the ICW — crazy to see it still thriving and growing. And of course we shopped our way through everything in between because… obviously.

We’ve been debating a cruise again and again… and then they really tried us with a FREE ROOM. A whole curveball. But we decided to keep on Jeepin’ down the coast instead. Vero Beach is calling next, then on to Jupiter for the night.

If y’all have advice for us along the way, must‑sees, comfy beds, hidden gems, or “don’t skip this!” spots, drop them in the comments. We clearly cannot be trusted to make decisions at this point 🤣

And honestly… with a life full of decisions, we don’t want to make any right now more than choosing left or right!🤣😁😋

💥Attn: Bye Bye💥
People think running a food truck is just cooking and handing out food. Cute idea… not even close.

It’s emails, messages, planning, cleaning, fixing things that somehow break at the exact wrong moment, and then actually being the people who cook all the food we dreamed of serving. Add in homeschooling our little guy — who operates at the speed of a tiny hurricane — and the chaos doesn’t stop when the window closes. It just changes locations.

It’s a lot. A good lot. But still a lot.

So we’re taking a breather. A reset. A little sunshine and some Mike‑and‑Becky time to remember what it feels like to sit down without immediately popping back up because something beeped, spilled, or caught fire.

And because nothing we do is ever simple, our “vacation” has already been its own comedy show. We went from a resort… to a cruise… to a boat trip down the ICW (until the weather said absolutely not)… and now it looks like we’re Jeep‑bound and heading toward The Keys. At this point, we’re just letting the universe spin the wheel and pick our next stop.

Fed Up Truck is officially on vacation until Saturday, June 6th.
We’ll come back rested, sun‑kissed, and probably with at least one story that makes you wonder how we survive our own adventures.
