🌽 **October has been a wild one.**

We've worked a lot of events, served a lot of food, and put our bodies and our families bodies through some things they may never forgive us for. 😂

But we're thankful for every bit of it.

Thank you to everyone who's stopped by the truck, ran back over to say everything was amazing, shared a post, told a friend about us, or spent your hard-earned money with us this month. Y'all are the reason we get to keep doing what we love.

Look… yesterday started off crazy.

Mike’s team and Becky’s team split, and half of them not having worked with us since last OCTOBER. We asked those poor souls to give us 10 hours of their day and trust us like we weren’t about to break their backs.

We tricked them.
We punished them.
We made them question their life choices.
Yet... they still loves us!!!

Things got complicated and confusing a few times, and I’m just saying… we probably made this ONE order twice. Because most people don’t pay, leave, and then come back demanding their food hours later.

So here’s to Tina — if you didn’t get your food last night… we still got it!! 🤣

Just kidding, we absolutely do NOT still have it.
But if you didn’t get your food, come see us. 🤣🤣

Huge shout to our friends and family... y'all are our tribe always and forever!❤️ And huge shout out to our amazing guests for putting up with our antics!

We got this, y’all.
We done recruited half the family, threatened the other half with dish duty, and now it’s on like Donkey Kong.

This week is a full‑tilt circus — private gigs today and tomorrow, then we’re dragging our zombie bodies through every event on that damn poster like it’s a survival challenge.

But HEAR us loud: we love you all.
Come see us, cheer for us, scream at us, whatever — we’re held together by family, duct tape, and pure spite, but we’re still feeding the Lowcountry like champions.

We were SO excited to finally serve our contest winner and his family yesterday! Even though my front camera is still acting crazy and ruined half my pics 🤣… I managed to snag a few good ones anyway.

Y’all… we got ROCKED yesterday. Absolute hot, exhausted, sweaty messes — but that’s real life in this truck. That was a huge weekend, and next weekend is about to be even bigger.

Thank you, truly, from the bottom of our hearts. Every person who came out, waited patiently, showed love, and dropped kind words at the window — we felt all of it. ❤️🔥

We are excited for our new Quick Pickle Kimchi and listen… y’all are basically my human flavor‑lab right now. 😂

Limited batches, so grab some before we sell out and then tell me what y’all honestly think.

And for my food nerds — this style is actually called
겉절이 (geotjeori) in Korean, pronounced “gut‑juh‑ree.”
It’s the fresh, non‑fermented kimchi meant to be eaten within days… which is exactly what we’re doing.

If I need to go back to the mixing bowl… WELL… let’s be realistic — I never leave it. 😁🤣
