Henry's Barbecue & More Henry's Barbecue & More is a catering business located in Charleston, South Carolina. Henry's Barbecue was founded in 1959 by Henry E. Today, his son Kevin D.

Hollinshead and his best friend Robert Lee David. The restaurant was located in the City of Charleston on Morris Street near Felix Street. Their barbecue style was a combination of the lower part of Georgia around Albany and Carolina smoking with wood from the pecan tree. Henry also made a family signature sauce. Henry was a licensed plumber and owned several businesses during the 40 's and 50' in

cluding a hotel in the Grand Strand’s famous “Black Pearl”, Atlantic Beach, SC, and an employment service in downtown Charleston. Hollinshead, Sr. has re-engaged the family history and family recipes to bring you the very best smoked barbecue and meats.
