Buffalo Family Events is a fully renovated space for all of your hosting needs. From baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, retirement parties, church gatherings, business meetings and trainings, reunions—we can host it, all! Our small event venue can host up to 60 guests, with a full service kitchen and ADA compliant bathroom. There are 8 full wooden handmade tables,
with 50 restaurant grade, stackable wood chairs with an addition 14 plastic chairs. There are two comfortable, gray “fancy” chairs (look at the Photos Tab). Guests are welcome to use any of our hosting “gear.” This includes serving and cake platters, cupcake displays, plates, bowls, multiple drink dispensers, vases, greenery, and much more. We have a full kitchen, with an oven, a full refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker with K-Cup capabilities. You are welcome to bring your own ice, coffee, filters, and K-Cups. Our rates:
Monday-Thursday: $100 for full day use, $65 for a 4-hour block. The 4-hour block includes decorating and clean up time. You are able to select the four-hour block of time that works for your event, and we will unlock the venue at your start time, and lock it up at the end time of your choice. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: $180 for full day use, $110 for a 4 hour block (The 4 hour block booking includes any set up and clean up.)
$35 cleaning fee if you do not want to clean up after the party, we will do it for you! In order to reserve the venue for your event, payment must be made full via cash, check, and PayPal.
