Jan 31st : One Year of Prairie Dogs!🧡🌭🎉
One year ago, we rolled up to Bunkhouse Brewing in Four Corners for our very first pop-up, not knowing what to expect—just hoping a few folks would give us a shot. We had a simple goal: serve great hot dogs to provide for our families.
Since that night, this little cart has taken us on an unforgettable ride. We’ve catered weddings, popped up at festivals, and parked at some of the best breweries and streets in Montana. We’ve met incredible people, shared a lot of laughs, and learned more than we ever imagined. But the best part? Seeing familiar faces come back, bringing friends and family along to “try the place we were telling you about.” That means everything.
To everyone who has stopped by, invited us to be part of their special moments, or just cheered us on—thank you. Prairie Dogs has become something bigger than we ever dreamed, and it’s all because of you.
Here’s to another year of good food, good people, and good memories. We’re just getting started!
