THE PAPA (or BIG PAPA)

For all you potato lovers out there, this one's for you!

Herb and garlic roasted golden potatoes, bacon, green onion, sour cream, and an optional kick of Ancho Chipotle sauce. All piled high on one tasty BRUNCH DOG!

This beauty is the creation of Sarah, who helps us out a ton here at Prairie Dogs. She dreamed it up, and we got to bring her idea to life!

Safe to say, Sarah knows a thing or two about a good hot dog.

The weather might be dreary, but you can’t quell this Prairie Dogs’ spirit!!

Since our inception, the State Fair has always been a dream of ours, and today that dream has come true! And on National Hot Dog Day no less 🤩 We’re honored to be slinging the best dogs in Bozeman at a place that many hold so dearly (myself included)

So come on down to the Gallatin County Fairgrounds Wednesday through Sunday, snag a dog and enjoy the best fair Montana summer has to offer 🌭🎡🎠🎢🎟️🌭
