Taking a moment to appreciate all the wedding cakes from this summer. From simple yet artistic designs to those adorned with sugar flowers and fresh blooms, each cake was truly a work of art! And even better, they tasted just as good as they looked!

While some of our couples chose alternative desserts instead of a traditional wedding cake, we absolutely love the timeless charm and celebration that a wedding cake brings to the day.

Yeaterday and announced Island Citrus as the 2026 Color of the Year, and we’re feeling ahead of the trend! 🍋 ✨ Tori + Joe’s unreal floral chandelier by stole the show at their summer celebration. Tori wanted a true statement moment as guests entered the reception… and this masterpiece delivered and then some!

We’re elated to finally share Sarah + Kira’s wedding from the end of the summer!

And in light of yesterday’s Supreme Court decision to reject a call to overturn its landmark ruling that legalized same-sex marriage, we are even more thrilled that Obergefell v. Hodges remains the law of the land. 🌈

We were so honored to work with Sarah and Kira on their wedding, which took place at their private home and beautifully united their two families. Throughout the planning process, we loved getting to know them and witnessing the strength of their relationship; but it was on the wedding day itself that we truly saw how deeply their friends and families love them.

When rain threatened to change the ceremony plans, everyone came together to make it work. Then, as the sun broke through, the original plan was restored. After a few last-minute adjustments, S + K walked down the aisle to cheers and happy tears, a perfect reflection of the love and resilience that defined their day.

Sarah + Kira, we love you both so much! Thank you for letting us be a part of your love!

So very grateful to and for being such incredible hosts! And of course thank you to and for creating Engage and bringing such a vibrant and inspiring group of people together.

The retreat-style setting gave me the chance to reconnect with cherished, dear friends and form new friendships I’m already looking forward to continuing! As always, I come back feeling recharged; full of passion, inspiration, and love for this amazing industry! Engage Family, you have my heart!

Reminiscing on Tori + Joe’s night before summer garden party at with !

In Tori’s words: The theme for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party was ‘summer garden party’. The design featured a multi-colored floral tablecloth, potted herbs, and vibrant bud vases on the communal dining table set for our immediate family and wedding party. The most unique piece of the design were the strawberries that were organically placed on the table. This was the most special nod to my late Grandfather, who spent every summer picking gallons (and I mean gallons) of fresh strawberries from local farms in our area.
