Thank you, Sir Paul, for the kind words and the continued inspiration. It's an absolute honor to share the kitchen with you and your family.
If there's one thing I love about this journey, it's the wildly talented and iconic humans I have the honor to know. And this one truly has a heart of gold. I remember the first time I cooked for Sir Paul McCartney and his wonderful wife at Jimmy Buffett's home. Paul, being a vegetarian, often faced lackluster options. Instead of adding a boring salad to the buffet, I crafted an entire vegetarian menu, with protein options on the side for others to add.

Vegetarians are too often treated as an afterthought, but I see it as a thrilling challenge. For me, the blank canvas of vegetarian cuisine is an invitation to explore endless colors, flavors, and textures. Cooking for the McCartney family has been a true joy, and I always look forward to experimenting with new and creative vegetable-based dishes.
