We are an inclusive brand that supports people just beginning a healthy and active lifestyle and those who have lived it for years. We take what we do very seriously, but we never take ourselves too seriously. Life is too short not to laugh at yourself. You will find us producing races, swimming, biking, running, drinking beer, laughing hysterically and trying to get you to do the same. Our motto

is TRAIN HARD. DON'T SUCK. That is a personal message that inspires us to be the best that we can be and to help others be the best that they can be. Regardless of ranking or podiums. It's a commitment to yourself and yourself alone. Anyone can be a part of FRESHJUNKIE Racing....just live it.

Today we honor the life and legacy of Jeff Galloway — Olympian, coach, and pioneer of the run-walk-run method who helped millions discover they could go farther than they ever imagined.
His impact on the running community will be felt for generations. 🏃‍♂️💛

After qualifying for the Olympic Games in the 10,000 meters in 1972, he went on to become an influential running author.
