I really need my community right now. ❤️
I am trying SO hard to grow The SolFood Kitchen and rebuild after losing our restaurant last year. I’ve been pursuing every opportunity I can to get our catering in front of more local businesses… and lately, I keep hitting roadblocks.
I recently tried joining a local business networking group to help make those connections and was turned down because my new business is too new. Now I’ve been trying to get The SolFood Kitchen onto ezCater so we can reach more local offices and businesses, but we were turned down because our new business doesn’t have enough Google presence.
It’s incredibly frustrating because the only way to become “established” is to be given the opportunity to grow. 🥺
So I’m asking my community for a little help.
If you love what we do, please share this post. Recommend us to your workplace. Tag a friend who plans events. Send our name to the person who orders lunch for your office. Think of us when you need catering for a meeting, shower, birthday, holiday party, or special event.
Those little things might not seem like much, but for a tiny local business trying to rebuild, they can be the difference between struggling and finally getting our foot in the door.
I’m not ready to give up on this dream. I’m certainly not ready to lose this new business less than a year after losing my restaurant. I know what we’re capable of… we just need the opportunities to prove it.
Every share. Every referral. Every recommendation. Every catering order. It all matters more than you know.
