Always fun hosting events at Augusta University Summerville Campus. Thanks for having us! Some of the yummy offerings we had today were our Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Roasted Chimichurrie Tomatoes and Crispy Pita Chips. Grilled Brie with Local Honey, Toasted Almonds, and Apples. Grilled Summer Vegetable Quinoa Salad with Honey-Balsamic Dressing and Arugula in Chinese To-Go Boxes. Greek Chicken Sticks with Cilantro Infused Oil, Crumbled Feta, and House-Made Tzaiki Sauce. Roasted Hatch Chile and Chicken Rolled Tacos. Wild Mushroom Brochettes with Pesto Aioli, Goat Cheese, and Balsamic Syrup.

We got out and beat the streets yesterday for a summer in-home party. Thanks to Fulcher-Hagler Law for having us! We served our Pepper Seared Salmon with Lemon-Caper Butter Sauce, Grilled Chicken with Roasted Tomato Chimichurrie, Roux's New Orleans Style "Dirty" Rice, Oven Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan and Fresh Pesto, Spinach and Strawberry Salad with our House-Made Vidalia Onion Vinegarette, and for something Sweet we offered New York Style Cheese Cake with Salted Caramel and Chocolate Sauces. Yummy!
