Born and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, I am the proud owner of Vic's Grill Puerto Rican Cuisine .

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving everyone from local families and small businesses to global companies, international clients, and organizations. Every event has helped shape my journey, and I’m grateful for every opportunity.

My mission goes beyond cooking. I want to connect, network, inspire, and educate within our community while sharing the flavors and culture of Puerto Rico.

I’m looking to connect with HUNGRY people—not just hungry for food, but hungry for growth. Entrepreneurs, creators, professionals, and dreamers who refuse to settle, who push themselves every day, and who truly believe that the sky is the limit.
