From build to parade route 🌸
A closer look at the craftsmanship, coordination, and teamwork behind the KFC Grand Float at Panagbenga Festival 2026. Because every grand float begins long before it reaches the streets of Baguio.
At the Panagbenga Festival 2026 Grand Float Parade, the streets of Baguio came alive with color, culture, and celebration. For this year’s festival, KFC Philippines entrusted 4.0 Management to build and execute its official grand floral float entry.
Composed of approximately 90% natural flowers and vegetation, the float honored Panagbenga’s floral tradition while proudly carrying the KFC brand through one of the country’s most celebrated cultural events. From structural build and floral installation to parade-day coordination along the route, the project was a testament to craftsmanship, collaboration, and the dedication of the team behind it.
